San Diego Gas & Electric, or SDG&E, has entered into a 20-year contract for up to 156 MW of wind power supplied from the first phase of Sempra Generation’s Energia Sierra Juarez wind farm in Baja California, Mexico.

China has become the single largest driver for global wind power development. In 2010, every second wind turbine that was added anywhere in the world was installed in China.

At their stand in Hall 27, the Aurich-based wind power manufacturer will be exhibiting a complete machine house of their latest addition to the ENERCON wind turbines.
