China to fund $100m Kazakhstan wind farm

China is set to fund the construction of the Pavlodar Oblast $100m wind farm in Kazakhstan.

According to Tengri News, the 50MW plant will be built 100km from Ekibastuz.

The local press service of Pavlodar Oblast said a memorandum of understanding between the Pavlodar Social-Entrepreneurship Corporation and vice president of China Development Bank Li Jiping was signed.
